To accomplish this, we are seeking individuals who possess operations expertise in at least 1 of the following areas:</p> <ul> <li>Client Onboarding </li><li>Client Reporting </li><li>Portfolio Services </li><li>Pricing & Valuation </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Financial & Investment Operations Expertise: Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income products, transfer agency, investment operations, mutual funds trades, risk management, reconciliations, and settlements. </li><li>Technical & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Omnibus Sub-Accounting, data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, PowerPoint), workflow automation/Gen AI, data warehousing, and data modeling. </li><li>Communication & Leadership: Strong client service focus, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to resolve issues efficiently in high-pressure environments. </li><li>Business Judgment & Execution: Professionalism in decision-making, productivity, and performance driven approach </li></ul> <p>Eligibility Requirements</p> <ul> <li>2-5 years of experience in investment banking operations involving projects, people, processes, and client management. </li><li>Strong logical and quantitative abilities to derive insights from data. </li><li>Excellent management and communication skills, both written and oral; comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels </li><li>Team player with an adaptable approach to work, and a motivated self-starter </li><li>Familiarity with Blackrock's Aladdin system, Calypso or similar investment systems is a plus </li></ul> <p>In the US, the target base salary for this role is $80,000-$95,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
