<p>K-8 SELC School Psychologist/Counselor, ESY Program</p> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p> <p>To plan and provide instruction/counseling to students who require an Extended School Year (ESY), per their Individualized Education Program (IEP).</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Collaboration with site coordinator </li><li>Planning for instruction/counseling of students to maintain skills, information, or behaviors per IEP </li><li>Daily community and employment-based travel with students </li><li>Supervision of paraprofessionals </li><li>Coordination of related service support </li><li>Assessment and communication of progress with teachers and service providers </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS-REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment </li><li>Mass DESE Licensure </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS-PREFERRED</p> <ul> <li>Experience with students with emotional and/or behavioral needs </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>July 7, 2025 - July 31, 2025 </li><li>9:00 - 12:00, Monday - Thursday </li><li>Up to 5 additional hours of training prior to start of program </li><li>Additional 30 minutes per day for planning </li></ul> <p>Contact information-ESY Coordinator</p> <ul> <li>All employees must be vaccinated and maintain full vaccination as a condition </li></ul> <p>of employment or work as an on-site vendor/contractor, unless they receive approval for a documented medical or religious exemption in accordance with relevant state and/or federal law.
