<p>Onsite role based in 10913 S River Front Pkwy, South Jordan, UT 84095</p> <p>Schedule: M-F 8:30AM-5PM</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Regional Office Facilities Manager oversees all office facilities and office operations across all of North America Group region. This role manages property leases, office renovations, office relocations, and technical services ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive environment alongside business continuity.</p> <p>Who is OOCL?</p> <p>OOCL is one of the world's largest integrated international container transportation, logistics and terminal companies. This role is a part of the North America Group region with the NAG HQ office located in Utah.</p> <p>Through our core values - People People People, Community Responsibility, Customer Focus, Excellence through Quality - we strive to empower our employees to achieve the mission of OOCL.</p> <p>Summary of Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Facilities & Technical Services Management</p> <ul> <li>Manage office facilities and operations across multiple sites in North America (Canada, USA, Mexico, and Costa Rica offices) </li><li>Facilitate property lease negotiations and oversee space planning </li><li>Lead office renovation, relocation, and expansion projects </li><li>Negotiate office facilities and technical services contracts and oversee office technical needs </li><li>Organize and maintain security protocols for all locations </li><li>Ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental health and safety standards </li></ul> <p>Financial & Administrative Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage facilities and IT budgets </li><li>Oversee purchasing and vendor management </li><li>Process and approve capital expenditure requests </li><li>Approve and ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of vendor invoices </li></ul> <p>HR Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with compliance, workforce planning, and organizational development </li><li>Support performance management and policy implementation </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with internal teams and external vendors </li><li>Provide guidance and support for office services and technical administrative functions </li><li>Occasional travel required for site visits and project oversight </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, facilities management, or related field </li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or corporate services </li><li>Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management tools </li><li>Highly organized with strong time management skills </li><li>Ability to manage complex workloads and multiple priorities </li><li>Travel to other locations required </li></ul> <p>Ideal Candidate Attributes:</p> <ul> <li>Detail-oriented and technically competent </li><li>Skilled in negotiation and project management </li><li>Strong leadership and collaboration skills </li><li>Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>OOCL Benefits:</p> <p>All full-time employees enjoy these outstanding benefits, while in a safe, friendly, clean, business casual office environment.
