For more information, visit www.jamestownlp.com.</p> <p>JOB OVERVIEW:</p> <p>Jamestown is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our team in New York City. This individual will work closely with the Office of the President and leadership team to drive key initiatives and strategic projects, streamline operations, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments and regions. The Senior Associate will report to the Chief of Staff & Vice President of Strategy.</p> <p>This role will work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive and an independent thinker.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>6-8+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, program management, and/or consulting; or, </li><li>Any combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. </li><li>Real estate experience is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Highly-organized, motivated, and able to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining strict attention to detail. </li><li>Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive organizational change. </li><li>Ability to prioritize workload and operate autonomously. </li><li>Strong analytical skills and quantitative skills. Working knowledge of real estate and financial analysis is preferred. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Plan, structure, and lead strategic projects and initiatives. Projects will include internal-facing initiatives related to corporate strategy and operations as well as external-facing initiatives that advance Jamestown's business objectives. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the organization. </li><li>Prepare memos and analyses and conduct research to support leadership decisions and influence corporate strategy. </li><li>Collaborate with different departments and ensure coordination of cross-functional and cross-regional projects and efforts. </li><li>Support business development efforts and client-facing services engagements. </li><li>Track progress and report out to the Chief of Staff & leadership on a regular basis. </li><li>Maintain strong relationships with external partners. </li><li>The role will involve travel, including last-minute travel as needed. </li></ul>
