Your performance will be evaluated through a comprehensive feedback system involving multiple sources within the organization:</p> <ul> <li>Mentorship: </li><li>You will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will monitor your progress, provide guidance, and act as your primary point of contact. </li><li>Feedback Collection: </li><li>Regular feedback will be gathered from project managers, superintendents, and foremen on various aspects of your performance, including technical skills, problem-solving abilities, communication, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols. </li><li>Capstone Exercise: </li><li>In the final week of your internship, you will participate in a capstone exercise-a mock interview for a project similar to the ASC Reno Competition. </li><li>Develop a comprehensive project approach covering project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, quality control, and risk assessment. </li><li>Present your project approach to a panel of Suntec executives, demonstrating your project management abilities and understanding of construction management principles. </li><li>Receive constructive feedback on your presentation, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. </li></ul>
