HOACNY provides cancer care services, Monday through Friday, day hours at three convenient locations in East Syracuse, Syracuse and Auburn. If you are a highly motivated, team oriented individual looking to make a difference in your career, please apply now.</p> <p>This individual will assist in the organizing, coordinating, and supervising of all aspects of infusion and dispensing pharmacy services within Hematology-Oncology Associates of CNY. This individual oversees, prepares or dispenses commercially available and investigational antineoplastic drugs; assesses medication orders; assists with patient care activities including planning, updating and implementing antineoplastic and antiemetic drug regimens; monitors patients' response to drug therapy and fluid and pain control medications; recommends changes or alternative therapy; and provides drug related information.</p> <p>Competitive salary based on experience- stipends/bonuses.
