Selects, hires, orients, and evaluates employees, recommending promotions as appropriate. </li><li>Develops and modifies individualized care plans in coordination with spine care team members, addressing physical and emotional needs. </li><li>Conducts follow-up assessments, evaluates the effectiveness of interventions, and adjusts care plans as needed. Leads the documentation and distribution of feedback regarding patients who have received spine care. </li><li>Participates in patient rounds, collaborates with healthcare professionals, and assists with discharge planning. Facilitates an evidence-based practice and performance improvement spine care team, staying current with emerging trends.
