<p>We are seeking an experienced and relationship-oriented Ecosystem Partner Success Manager to join our growing Ecosystem & Partnerships team within the Anti-Fraud Analytics unit at Verisk. This role is critical in managing the operational backbone of our partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless onboarding, optimizing engagement processes, and driving go-to-market execution with strategic partners.</p> <ul> <li>Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient ramp-up. </li><li>Operational Excellence: Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes and systems that support partner engagement and lifecycle management. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, IT and Customer Success teams to align partner strategies with company goals. </li><li>Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Go-to-Market Execution: Support joint GTM initiatives by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Partner Support: Act as a point of contact for operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and partner satisfaction. </li><li>5+ years of experience in partner operations, channel management, or a related field. </li><li>Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a partner-first mindset. </li><li>Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet). </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and drive decisions. </li><li>Experience in SaaS or technology ecosystems is a plus. </li></ul> <p>#LI-MC1</p>
