<p>Provides project management services on a multi-year or major project, applying functional expertise to improve project results.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Strategic Project Engineering Support - 50%</p> <ul> <li>Development of Engineering Owner's project requirements based on existing engineering standards </li><li>Review basis of design for alignment to engineering standards </li><li>Participation in gate reviews for assigned projects </li><li>Sign-off on design reviews for assigned projects </li><li>Review of key project submittals </li><li>Review and coordination of key RFI responses </li><li>Leading the effort between the project team and operations for turn over to and from the project </li><li>Ensuring key owner tasks are integrated, coordinated into the project </li><li>Acceptance of critical spaces at project turnover </li><li>Development and implementation of training for IFM team for new systems </li></ul> <p>Commissioning - 25%</p> <ul> <li>Governance of Commissioning program in collaboration with IFM team </li><li>Development of Owners requirements for Commissioning new project installations </li><li>Program ownership for retro-commissioning efforts </li></ul> <p>Facility Management Support - 15%</p> <ul> <li>Support field teams technically with data analysis from building automation and other systems </li></ul> <p>Sustainability - 10%</p> <ul> <li>Support for LEED based projects </li><li>Participation in LEED Operations and Maintenance efforts </li><li>Analysis of data to identify energy saving opportunities </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred.
