We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interments Supervisor to lead our interment operations and ensure every service is executed with precision, safety, and professionalism.</p> <p>This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all interment services and supervising the maintenance interment crew to deliver exceptional service to the families we serve.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise all interment work, including ground interments, wall crypt entombments, lawn crypt interments, and niche placements</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee the placement of cemetery accessories such as flower vases and memorial tablets</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure accurate layout and verification of interment locations prior to opening spaces</p> </li><li> <p>Confirm interment sites and team readiness prior to service times</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain quality control of all interment services</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all equipment is in safe operating condition</p> </li><li> <p>Train team members in equipment operation, safety standards, and interment procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, materials, and PPE</p> </li><li> <p>Meet with client families to address concerns and ensure timely resolution</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with special events, development projects, and other cemetery programs</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual in Spanish preferred. </li><li>Experience with heavy-duty equipment, company vehicles, including but not limited to autos, trucks, and earth-moving equipment is preferred. </li><li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED) </li><li>Valid CA Driver License </li></ul> <p>Competitive Benefits</p> <p>Forest Lawn takes pride in offering an excellent benefits package to our employees, which taken as a whole, leads our industry and is competitive with the benefits in just about any other industry.</p> <p>Click here to learn more about our benefit offerings.</p> <p>Drug Testing Policy</p> <p>Prior to beginning employment, all job applicants who receive a job offer will be required to voluntarily submit to a drug screening test conducted by a laboratory designated by Forest Lawn.
