<p>Kforce has a client in Nashville, TN that is seeking a Program Manager.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and coordinate a multi-stream data and analytics transformation initiative within a healthcare organization. This role will be responsible for managing cross-functional projects, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution across strategic data initiatives.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead program management across data and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals </li><li>Manage consolidated RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), budgets, timelines, resources, and project interdependencies </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of workstreams </li><li>Support the execution of a 2-3 year data and analytics roadmap* 7+ years of program/project management experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics environments </li><li>Proven success managing large-scale transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies </li><li>Strong understanding of data platforms, governance, analytics tools, and cloud-based solutions </li><li>Experience with Snowflake or similar data platforms is a plus </li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment </li></ul>
