You'll welcome members, process transactions, open accounts, and connect people with the products and services that best fit their financial goals. It's a wonderful early career opportunity for anyone interested in banking or financial services who enjoys working with people and is eager to build a long-term career.</p> <p>Day-to-day responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Welcome members in the branch creating a positive first impression</p> </li><li> <p>Assist and educate members on self-service options, including Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)</p> </li><li> <p>Process transactions accurately and resolve account and service needs</p> </li><li> <p>Open new consumer accounts efficiently and with attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities to connect members with loans, mortgages, and wealth management services</p> </li><li> <p>Recommend improvements that enhance the member experience and branch operations</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, audits, and balancing standards</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, sales, or cash handling. Banking, Teller, or Personal Banker experience is a plus!</p> </li><li> <p>Bilingual in Spanish (required)</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable promoting products and services and engaging in consultative, sales-oriented conversations</p> </li><li> <p>Strong comfort level with technology, including data systems, Microsoft Office, and web-based tools</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Positive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of integrity and commitment to inclusion & diversity</p> </li><li> <p>Availability to work 40 hours per week within the following schedule:</p> </li><li> <p>Monday - Thursday: 8:30AM - 5:30PM, Friday: 8:30AM - 6:30PM, Regular Saturdays: 8:30AM - 1:30PM</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <p>The salary range for this role is $16.67 - $25.01 per hour. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
