<p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Under the supervision of the Cage Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for the controlling and accounting transactions</p> <p>for the main bank. Other duties as assigned by management. Main Bank Cashiers provides excellent customer service to</p> <p>employees and vendors in all situations. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Indiana Grand Racing &</p> <p>Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards, and Indiana Gaming Regulations. Other duties as assigned by</p> <p>management.</p> <p>The Main Bank Cashiers may perform the duties of a Cage Cashier based on business volumes and needs. During any shift</p> <p>that a Main Bank Cashier will be used to perform as a Cage Cashier they will not also work as a Main Bank Cashier at any</p> <p>time during that shift.</p> <p>QUALFICATIONS</p> <p>High school diploma or GED required. Three to six (3-6) months of cash handling experience is required; or an equivalent</p> <p>combination of education and/or work experience. Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug</p> <p>screening. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be at least 21 years of age or older and be able to</p> <p>obtain an Indiana Gaming License. Must possess good interpersonal skills, and be available to work various shifts, weekends</p> <p>and holidays.</p> <p>REQUIRED PERSONAL COMPETENCIES</p> <p>Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
