<p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Home Office Intern II position offers a unique opportunity for those with a strong interest in pursuing a career in healthcare administration and gain hands-on experience in either general Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business Strategy, Leadership Development, and related fields in healthcare administration. The Home Office Intern II will gain valuable insights and work on special projects within the selected department.</p> <p>Example General HR duties:</p> <ul> <li>Help with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. </li><li>Participate in employee engagement initiatives and help organize internal events and programs. </li><li>Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in developing new policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Example Business Strategy duties:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in conducting SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis for various business units. </li><li>Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic projects. </li><li>Participate in special projects as assigned, such as system implementations, operational improvements, and research. </li><li>Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Business Strategy, Leadership Development, and related fields </li></ul> <p>We offer:</p> <ul> <li>Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals. </li><li>Opportunity to develop and refine skills within healthcare administration to include: </li><li>Exposure to a variety of administrative functions and healthcare strategies. </li><li>Networking opportunities within the healthcare industry. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Must be currently pursuing a college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Requirements</p> <p>Preferred Experience</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a customer service position is highly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Core Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Excellent verbal communication skills, pleasant telephone voice. </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. </li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and projects. </li><li>Work effectively, professionally, and autonomously requiring minimal supervision. </li><li>Able to maintain effective working relationship with callers, employees, guest and other agencies. </li><li>Able to withstand sitting for prolonged periods. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul>
