<p>Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):</p> <p>This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may expand to include other duties and responsibilities based on business needs.</p> <ul> <li>Clean hallways, glass doors and window areas, restrooms, empty trash containers, and light office cleaning. </li><li>Clean and prepare vacant units for new residents and minor repairs. </li><li>Walk the grounds picking up paper, trash, etc. </li><li>Responsible for the daily upkeep of the property office and common areas of property buildings. </li><li>Adhere to dress code as established by management. </li><li>Use protective equipment when necessary and follow safety procedures. </li><li>Be aware of and always operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies. </li><li>Other duties assigned by a supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Must have experience in grounds or janitorial work. </li><li>Must be trustworthy and dependable. </li><li>Must be able to perform light maintenance work. </li><li>General knowledge of janitorial and building maintenance a plus. </li><li>During winter months responsible for snow and ice removal and be available for on call. </li><li>Ability to maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition. </li></ul> <p>McCormack Baron is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer, committed to diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging.</p>
