<p>We respectfully request that 3rd parties refrain from contacting us regarding this posting.</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Operations Specialist to support operational teams in optimizing Salesforce processes and ensuring smooth sales, renewals, and quoting operations. The ideal person will have strong operational experience, especially in working with Salesforce, and will be fluent in key business processes such as sales, renewals, and quoting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools and support to operate efficiently.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and manage the order process, ensuring all orders are placed correctly and that necessary resources and information are in place for the sales team to function smoothly. </li><li>Work closely with internal teams to support and streamline Salesforce processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals. </li><li>Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform, guiding operational teams on how to leverage the platform effectively for sales, renewals, and quoting processes. </li><li>Ensure that Salesforce configurations are optimized for internal operations, particularly for renewals, partner relationships, and internal support teams. </li><li>Monitor, analyze, and resolve issues related to order processing, quoting, and approvals to ensure smooth workflows. </li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that Salesforce processes are accurately integrated and aligned with business requirements. </li><li>Support the sales team by ensuring the quoting process is clear, efficient, and properly executed within the Salesforce system, including approval routing and quote generation. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of Salesforce, particularly in operational use within the sales, renewals, and quoting processes. </li><li>Proven experience in managing and overseeing order processes and sales workflows. </li><li>Excellent understanding of how Salesforce supports internal operations and business processes, particularly in the areas of renewals, partner relationships, and internal help. </li><li>Ability to provide training and guidance on Salesforce best practices and processes. </li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively. </li><li>Ability to work independently and proactively, managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. </li></ul> <p>Desired Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working in a SaaS company or similar fast-paced environment. </li><li>Background in business systems analysis and familiarity with UAT testing is a plus. </li><li>Experience working with operational teams to improve and streamline business processes using Salesforce. </li></ul>
