Value for our customers.</p> <p>If you think you can see yourself delivering our mission and pursuing our goals with us, then check out the job description below!</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>You'll manage and maintain the organization's server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, ensuring their availability, scalability, and reliability. </li><li>You'll install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security patches across the network. </li><li>You'll monitor system performance and proactively address any performance issues, bottlenecks, or potential problems. </li><li>You'll administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. </li><li>You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurring problems. </li><li>You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support new technologies, systems, and applications as needed. </li><li>You'll provide technical support to end-users, assisting them with IT-related problems and inquiries. </li><li>You'll maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. </li></ul> <p>What you'll need to succeed:</p> <ul> <li>An active TS/SCI clearance </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>3+ years of Systems Administrator experience </li><li>Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and systems management. </li><li>Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems. </li><li>Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. </li><li>Knowledge of network protocols, firewall management, and security best practices. </li><li>Experience with system monitoring and management tools. </li><li>Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and task scripting. </li><li>Certification in ITIL or other relevant service management certifications is a plus. </li><li>Experience working with technical teams to develop and deliver technical documentation </li></ul> <p>SALARY RANGE: $74,000 - $118,000</p> <p>The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:</p> <ul> <li>The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience </li><li>The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs </li><li>Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation </li><li>This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include: </li><li>Performance-based bonuses </li><li>Company-paid training and/or certifications </li><li>Referral bonuses </li></ul>
