Become part of the Willow Bridge family and grow your career path today.</p> <p>Part-Time AM and PM shifts available.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operate the property's golf cart to transport residents to and from overflow parking lot in compliance with traffic rules and regulations. </li><li>Work with property staff to maintain proper working order. </li><li>Light lifting to assist with resident groceries or bags. </li><li>Interact with residents with customer service at the forefront. Promote positive resident relations through prompt and courteous service. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>A valid driver's license is required. </li><li>Must be able to lift and assist with bags weighing up to 50lbs. </li><li>Exceptional communication, customer service and people skills, and friendly personality. </li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. </li><li>One year experience in similar position desired.
