<p>Job Title: Sr Project Scheduler</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will create, develop, and maintain detailed resource-loaded schedules, utilizing industry best practices in schedule management. You will focus on designing and deploying Earned Value Management (EVM) systems for a complex technical organization and contribute to the EVM rollout and implementation across the organization.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Create, develop, and maintain schedule baselines, including connections between project elements and enterprise-wide development schedules. </li><li>Utilize Primavera P6 Scheduling Software for both basic and advanced scheduling functions. </li><li>Perform Earned Value Management analysis for project cost analysis, performance, and risk management. </li><li>Conduct schedule analysis, including critical path and float analysis, and prepare related reports. </li><li>Perform schedule health-checks/audits using industry best practices and internally developed evaluation criteria. </li><li>Support risk, issue, and change management processes through schedule impact analysis. </li><li>Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to collect progress and performance updates. </li><li>Conduct Schedule Management trainings and provide feedback to junior team members. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced scheduling functions. </li><li>Significant experience with designing and deploying EVM systems for complex scheduling applications. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies. </li><li>Fifteen plus years of experience in schedule management, project management, or related industry. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, Science, or other Technical Degree. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with scheduling management software such as Microsoft Project. </li><li>Understanding of schedule impacts for DOE/DOD/nuclear fleet industry elements is advantageous. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role operates within an office environment as part of a growing team, with opportunities for future advancement into management positions.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockville, MD.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $66.00 - $84.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
