<p>Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Business/Systems Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst III to support a growing technology initiative with our Fortune 100 client. This role will partner with stakeholders, development teams, and UX/UI researchers to expand and enhance a homegrown enterprise application used across multiple field operations groups. The Analyst will play a critical role in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and ensuring alignment between front-end workflows and back-end development, while helping to re-platform applications for broader usability across devices.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with business partners, product owners, and technical teams to elicit, document, and refine business requirements </li><li>Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that align front-end workflows with back-end functionality </li><li>Partner with UX/UI teams to translate user research and workflow designs into functional specification </li><li>Support solution design discussions by analyzing requirements and providing recommendations </li><li>Leverage Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking deliverables </li><li>Engage with field operations teams to understand current manual processes and identify opportunities for system enablement </li><li>Contribute to testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and functional needs </li><li>Provide subject matter expertise on assigned application areas and act as a liaison between business users and development teams </li><li>Assist in preparing polished status updates, documentation, and communications for leadership stakeholders* 5-7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role </li><li>Strong background in writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria </li><li>Proficiency with Jira for backlog and requirements management </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work across both front-end and back-end systems </li><li>Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams to align workflows with technical solutions </li><li>Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in consulting or in dynamic, fast-paced environments </li><li>Prior exposure to field operations, construction, or large enterprise system initiatives </li><li>Familiarity with mobile and desktop application re-platforming </li><li>Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related practices </li></ul>
