<p>Senior Account Executive - New Business (SaaS / Platform Sales)</p> <p>About Engage3</p> <p>Engage3 is a leading provider of pricing intelligence, data, and analytics solutions that help organizations make smarter commercial decisions.</p> <p>Our platform combines large-scale competitive data, advanced analytics, and machine learning to enable companies to improve pricing, understand competitive positioning, and drive profitable growth.</p> <p>As Engage3 expands beyond Retail and CPG into broader industries, we are building a commercial capability to bring our data and platform solutions to new verticals.</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth across multiple industries including real estate, healthcare, technology, and other data-driven sectors.</p> <p>This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on:</p> <ul> <li>Generating pipeline </li><li>Closing new business </li><li>Selling data-led, platform-based solutions </li></ul> <p>You will work directly with commercial and technical stakeholders to help them understand how to leverage Engage3's platform and data to improve decision-making and performance.</p> <p>This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who is comfortable selling technical, data-driven solutions without relying on heavy technical support.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>As a Senior Client Development Director, you are responsible for driving net new sales and achieving your assigned revenue targets.</p> <p>You will own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, while confidently leading both commercial and product-led conversations.</p> <p>You are expected to operate independently, build pipeline proactively, and contribute to establishing a scalable sales motion across new verticals.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Drive New Business Growth</p> <ul> <li>Achieve 100%+ of your annual sales target </li><li>Build and maintain a minimum 3x pipeline against quota </li><li>Generate pipeline through targeted outreach, prospecting, and industry engagement </li><li>Identify and close new revenue opportunities across multiple industries </li></ul> <p>Own the Full Sales Cycle</p> <ul> <li>Lead opportunities from initial outreach through to close </li><li>Run discovery conversations, solution presentations, and platform demonstrations </li><li>Manage RFP processes and procurement cycles where required </li><li>Negotiate commercial agreements and close multi-year deals </li></ul> <p>Sell Data & Platform Solutions</p> <ul> <li> <p>Confidently demonstrate Engage3's platform and explain how it works in a practical, user-focused way</p> </li><li> <p>Help customers understand how to:</p> </li><li> <p>use the platform</p> </li><li> <p>integrate it into their workflows</p> </li><li> <p>extract value from the data</p> </li><li> <p>Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes</p> </li></ul> <p>Cross-Sell Broader Capabilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Identify opportunities to expand into:</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive intelligence</p> </li><li> <p>Pricing insights (where applicable)</p> </li><li> <p>Customer sentiment / review intelligence</p> </li><li> <p>Work with Customer Journey teams to ensure smooth handoff and long-term value</p> </li></ul> <p>Collaborate Across the Organization</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Customer Journey, Product, and Data teams as needed </li><li>Ensure clear ownership of roles across sales, delivery, and technical support </li><li>Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce </li></ul> <p>What Success Looks Like</p> <p>Successful candidates in this role typically:</p> <ul> <li>Consistently generate new pipeline across multiple industries </li><li>Convert opportunities into closed revenue efficiently </li><li>Confidently lead both commercial and product-led conversations </li><li>Operate independently without over-reliance on internal technical teams </li><li>Contribute to building a scalable, repeatable sales approach in new markets </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with technical confidence.</p> <p>You are:</p> <ul> <li>Commercially driven - motivated by winning new business and exceeding targets </li><li>Proactive and self-directed - comfortable building pipeline independently </li><li>Technically confident - able to understand and explain data-led platforms (training provided) </li><li>Consultative -
