We offer a generous and competitive total rewards package, at a company that's the best of both worlds - a family-owned business that's big enough to lead the industry.</p> <ul> <li>Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions (with training provided as needed) </li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery safely and effectively to build products or assemble parts </li><li>Work as part of a team to keep things moving smoothly on the production line </li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders or reports (with training as needed) </li><li>Communicate clearly and independently with all team members and supervisors </li><li>Open to learning new tasks, inter-departmental cross-training, assisting in work areas as needed </li><li>Use simple electrical test equipment and follow written procedures to test products to ensure functionality (with training provided as needed) </li><li>Basic computer skills for tasks such as running test programs, tracking work orders, and printing necessary paperwork </li><li>Solve basic problems independently and seek out help when needed, escalating more complex issues appropriately </li><li>Understands and adheres to company quality standards </li><li>Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards </li><li>Follow production procedures, safety protocols and company guidelines </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area </li><li>Occasionally work overtime </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in manufacturing, production, or assembly preferred but not required </li><li>Basic computer literacy and comfortable using technology like computers or tablets </li><li>Good hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail </li><li>Able to multitask and stay focused in a busy, fast-paced environment </li><li>A team player with good communication skills </li><li>Willingness to learn new technologies and product builds </li><li>Dependable and on time </li></ul>
