<p>Description</p> <p>The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>The Mowing Crew Lead/Equipment Operator, Lead provides leadership in maintaining the grounds of golf courses by performing some or all of the following duties. </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Mow turf areas using various-sized power mowers </li><li>Operate a towed-behind gas-powered blower </li><li>Pick up leaves, trash, and cut grass and place onto a truck or trailer </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus </li><li>Ability to report for daily work at different job sites within the region to perform required tasks </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds </li><li>Regular exposure to outside environment including rain, cold, sun, or night </li><li>Repetitive movement- standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, stooping, sitting </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic </li><li>Work near or about natural bodies of water </li><li>Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit </li><li>Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods </li></ul> <p>BrightView Landscapes, LLC is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.</p> <p>This job description is subject to change at any time.</p> <p>Compensation Pay Range:</p> <p>$20+/hour depending on experience</p> <p>BrightView offers a suite or health, wellness, and financial benefits to full-time team members.
