<p>This person will assist with administrative related responsibilities for the following departments:</p> <p>Environmental:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Environmental reporting and data entry</p> </li><li> <p>Monthly Air Permit reporting/tracking</p> </li><li> <p>Filing system organization and maintenance</p> </li><li> <p>Delay data tracking and trending</p> </li></ul> <p>EAM/Maintenance:</p> <ul> <li>Work order printing, filing, data entry </li><li>SAR task organization, tracking, data entry </li></ul> <p>Quality:</p> <ul> <li>Processing of custom product quote requests (RTQs) </li><li>Quality data organization, tracking, entry </li></ul> <p>Accounting/Financial:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Shadow Accounting Admin. on daily/weekly tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Daily production entry and reconciliation</p> </li><li> <p>Updating production line performance tracking spreadsheets</p> </li><li> <p>Updating shipping register/freight tracking sheets</p> </li><li> <p>Wool shipment processing</p> </li><li> <p>Purchase order processing</p> </li></ul> <p>Human Resources:</p> <ul> <li>Shadow HR Admin. on daily/weekly tasks </li><li>Retrieving/distributing plant mail </li><li>Safety Model Program maintenance and tracking </li><li>Assisting with plant meeting/luncheon planning and set up </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Must demonstrate excellent organization skills, time management skills, and discipline in performing administrative duties to ensure deadlines are met or exceeded. </li><li>Must be reliable, self-motivated, and possess a proven ability to work independently with a willingness and capability to learn. </li><li>Must possess general administrative skills, including basic computer aptitude (Work, Excel, Oracle experience or similar). </li><li>Previous experience in an administrative or clerk role is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.</p> <p>USG employees enjoy a number of benefit options for themselves and their families.
