This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the business-from product development through delivery-while working closely with cross-functional teams both domestically and overseas.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is highly organized, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Support the day-to-day management of a key account, assisting with communication, timelines, and deliverables </li><li>Partner with internal teams across design, merchandising, product development, production, and operations to support execution </li><li>Assist in product development from concept through delivery to help ensure on-time and on-target results </li><li>Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations to support business growth </li><li>Track weekly sales and performance reporting, supporting analysis and insights </li><li>Conduct market and competitive research to support trend analysis and business strategy </li><li>Assist in managing product approvals across fit, construction, trims, and color execution </li><li>Coordinate with overseas partners on costing, production timelines, and delivery schedules </li><li>Support troubleshooting of order, production, and logistics-related issues </li><li>Maintain organized and accurate records, including order books, sample tracking, and production status </li><li>Assist in preparing for key meetings, market appointments, and showroom presentations </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, merchandising, or a related role (apparel preferred) </li><li>Experience supporting major retail accounts; familiarity with Walmart is a plus </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) </li><li>Experience with Miro and Airtable is a plus </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into actionable next steps </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Compensation/Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00.
