See for yourself why Publix Super Markets, Inc. has been on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For list.</p> <p>Join Publix Technology as a Sr. Technical Project Manager where you will be responsible for managing multiple Network Engineering efforts.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide project management support for network engineering projects </li><li>Create project plans and manage project resources </li><li>Track purchases against budgets and financial reports </li><li>Deliver projects by working with network engineers, IT Delivery Managers (ITDMs), other IT team resources, contractors, and vendors </li><li>Foster and maintain working relationships with IT and business personnel </li><li>Provide project updates to the Network Engineering senior managers and ITDMs </li></ul> <p>#LI-JB1</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Your application may have additional steps that you will need to complete in order to remain eligible for consideration. Once your application has been successfully submitted you will receive a confirmation email.</p> <p>Please note that Publix will not sponsor any hire for this position for a visa or permanent residence</p> <ul> <li>Relocation/Household Good Shipment Allowance will NOT be provided.* </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management or equivalent experience </li><li>5+ years of project management experience </li><li>5+ years of experience working in large enterprise networks </li><li>Experienced in using Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools </li><li>Good understanding of network engineering technologies </li><li>Experience working with cabling vendors and WAN/telco providers </li><li>Experience with compliance and regulatory security requirements (SOX, PCI) </li><li>Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies </li><li>Experience working in a process structured environment which includes change management, security vulnerability reviews and disaster recovery preparedness </li><li>Successful and proven track record of leading large-scale projects and extensive background in the planning of complex solutions </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>8+ years of project management experience </li><li>PMP certification </li><li>Excellent knowledge of network engineering technologies and solutions </li></ul>
