(Those with 3 years of experience as a paraeducator or who hold a Bachelors degree will have a starting salary of $20.10 per hour.)</p> <ul> <li>This position is part of the Des Plaines Educational Support Personnel Association and salaries are part of the collective bargaining agreement.
