Ensure that all systems and components are maintained according to industry standards and the operational requirements of the customer.</p> <p>Pay Range: $20/hr-$35/hr (Depending on Experience)</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Install security systems or appropriate devices, dismantle and/or reconstruct equipment as required by customer or the Company.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct testing and inspection of systems under maintenance agreement.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to and complete system troubleshooting and repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Make connections and required adjustments as directed, test operation of all components of each system.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct site surveys upon request of management.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep manuals and all details up to date as changes are advised.</p> </li><li> <p>Report on activities completed, deferred, or requiring further action or material to management.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate with customers on job status or completion (installation or service).</p> </li><li> <p>Write service and status reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Submit complete and accurate paperwork in a timely manner. Obtain proper signatures.
