<p>GENERAL SUMMARY:</p> <p>Under the direction of the Nurse Manager and collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Nursing Development Educators, plans, implements and evaluates educational and quality improvement activities on the nursing unit. Role-models excellence in patient care through clinical practice, continuous quality improvement and integration of new nursing knowledge into practice.
