Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services' company, is seeking a part-time Instructor - Enhanced Communications Course (ECC) to support the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Intelligence (OI), Intelligence Enterprise Training Academy (IETA). We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employee's knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Deliver classroom-based instruction aligned to ECC curriculum </li><li>Relate instructional content to real-world CBP operations </li><li>Facilitate practical exercises and learning activities </li><li>Mentor and evaluate student performance </li><li>Manage classroom dynamics and learning environment </li><li>Adhere to all CBP and contract security requirements </li><li>Support pre- and post-course instructional activities </li><li>Assist with curriculum refinement and training initiatives as needed </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Active Secret security clearance </li><li>Extensive experience in federal law enforcement intelligence operations </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in elicitation and interview techniques </li><li>Working knowledge of instructional delivery methodologies </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules based on course needs </li><li>Prior delivery of Enhanced Communications / Elicitation training as an instructor </li><li>10+ years of federal law enforcement experience </li><li>CBP experience (preferred, not required) </li><li>Familiarity with instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE) </li><li>Advanced subject-matter expertise in intelligence interviewing </li><li>Ability to connect tradecraft concepts to operational scenarios </li><li>Classroom leadership and student engagement skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and within geographically dispersed teams </li></ul> <p>Estimated Salary/Wage</p> <p>USD $65.00/Hr.
