<p>Director - Consulting (Product Owner Capital Solutions Digital Platform)</p> <p>Job Description:<</p> <p>Job Title: Product Owner Capital Solutions Digital Platform.<</p> <p><</p> <p>Program Context:<</p> <p>The Product Owner will support the Capital Solutions Digital Platform a self service portal enabling Financial Service Partners FSPs to securely access shareholder account information submit service requests and track request status with a focus on T1 processing and operational efficiency.<</p> <p><</p> <p>Role Summary<</p> <p>The Product Owner will work jointly with the Client's Product Owner and Business teams to identify opportunities define business requirements and maintain a prioritized feature backlog that ensures continuous delivery across monthly releases. The role acts as a key bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams while ensuring adherence to client's Agile Ways of Working WoW.<</p> <p><</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Product Ownership Backlog Management</p> <p>Work jointly with Client's Product Owner and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities and convert them into well-defined business requirements.</p> <p>Create and maintain a prioritized backlog of features ensuring adequate work availability for at least four upcoming sprints.</p> <p>Ensure Definition of Readiness DoR is met for all features and user stories as per Client's are WoW guidelines.<</p> <p><</p> <p>Stakeholder Collaboration<</p> <p>Collaborate with development architecture business and dependent teams Infrastructure Operations.<</p> <p>Service Management API squads security etc to establish a common understanding of requirements<</p> <p>Align and agree on interlock dates for feature delivery across dependent teams.<</p> <p><</p> <p>Delivery Governance:<</p> <p>Support monthly release planning aligned to the Client's release calendar R1 R2 R3.<</p> <p>Participate in Change Control Board CCB discussions for scope feature movement and prioritization changes.<</p> <p>Provide inputs for UAT readiness and signoff support in collaboration with the client's Product Manager.<</p> <p><</p> <p>Agile Ceremonies Execution Support<</p> <p>Participate in sprint refinement backlog grooming sprint reviews and user demos.<</p> <p>Support teams in maintaining feature flow aligned to minimum feature velocity commitments defined in the SOW.<</p> <p><</p> <p>In Scope Functional Areas<</p> <p>The Product Owner will support features across but not limited to<</p> <p>Account Information Search.<</p> <p>Service Requests Transfers Conversions Bulk Uploads.<</p> <p>Account Onboarding Offboarding.<</p> <p>User Management Access Control.<</p> <p>Reporting Notifications.<</p> <p>Integration with Middle Office Systems.<</p> <p>Required Experience Skills.<</p> <p><</p> <p>Mandatory:<</p> <p>15 years of total experience working as Product Owner for 5 years.<</p> <p>Proven experience as a Product Owner in largescale digital platform or financial services programs.</p> <p>Strong experience translating business needs into Epics Features and User Stories.</p> <p>Hands on experience working in Agile Scrum environments.</p> <p>Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.</p> <p>Experience working with for Azure DevOps ADO backlog and feature management.</p> <p>Â <</p> <p>Preferred<</p> <p>Experience in Capital Markets Shareholder Services or Financial Services Platforms.<</p> <p>Familiarity with T1 settlement account servicing or regulatory driven platforms.<</p> <p>Experience working with globally distributed delivery teams US India UK.<</p> <p><</p> <p>Governance Accountability<</p> <p>Joint accountability with the Client's Business and Product teams for feature definition and readiness.<</p> <p>Final product direction and approvals remain with client's.<</p> <p>Role operates within the RACI framework defined in the SOW.<</p> <p><</p> <p>Success Measures:<</p> <p>Features consistently meeting Definition of Readiness before sprint commitment.<</p> <p>Smooth monthly releases with minimal scope churn.<</p> <p>Clear backlog visibility supporting uninterrupted delivery.<</p> <p>Timely stakeholder alignment and reduced dependency risks.</p> <p>Edison - New Jersey - USA15 - 18 Years10H Edison - New Jersey - USA12-Mar-2026YACTIVE1447211</p> <p>Mandatory Skills: BFS - Data Analysis, Capital Markets (incl.
