<p>JOB TITLE - Assistant High School Drama Director</p> <p>IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR - Director of Athletics & Activities</p> <p>RECEIVES GUIDANCE FROM - Assistant Director of Athletics & Activities, Athletics & Activities Coordinator, Head Director</p> <p>PURPOSE OF THE POSITION - To instruct participants in the fundamental skill, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time, the student-athlete shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation and internalization of moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, self-confidence, and sportsmanship. Implements "quality" principles and tools to improve effectiveness of program.</p> <p>Please review the UCSD Actions of Excellence to gain an understanding of the expectations for UCSD employees.</p> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS -</p> <ul> <li>Repetitious bending, lifting, and hand movement. </li><li>Ability to work while standing, moving and/or walking. </li><li>Drug, tobacco, and alcohol-free while working. </li><li>Must be able to see and hear within normal limits with or without corrective lenses or hearing aids. </li><li>Ability to operate a motor vehicle used to travel between sites. </li></ul> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT -</p> <ul> <li>Per Board Policies and the UEA Master Contract. </li><li>Contract as determined by season dates. </li><li>Performance evaluated per Board Policy. </li></ul>
