<p>Job Description</p> <p>Financial Planning & Analysis Associate</p> <p>Location: San Antonio, TX (location is non-negotiable)</p> <p>The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate provides assistance to the client in establishing the necessary backend framework for their employees to accurately track and record their time. The role offers support in budgeting, scheduling, and generating reports related to this framework.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis in various systems and tracking tools</p> </li><li> <p>Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to identify, assess, and resolve issues/problems</p> </li><li> <p>Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks problems outside the scope of the work</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for processing master data and contract management requests to ensure that the KPI's related to these activities are achieved</p> </li><li> <p>Interacts largely with own workgroup</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal clients to deliver aspects of operations, typically assigned to multiple client accounts</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be a US Citizen</p> </li><li> <p>Hybrid role to include working onsite in office 50% of the time with a fixed schedule</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 1-year Microsoft Office Suite experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 6 months Client Relationship Management</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excel experience to include knowledge of formulas</p> </li><li> <p>Client Relationship Management experience to include providing updates to key stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>SAP experience</p> </li><li> <p>General Finance background to include budgeting</p> </li><li> <p>Supply Chain experience</p> </li><li> <p>Data Entry and validation</p> </li></ul> <p>Professional Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong time management skills to complete tasks and meet deadlines </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
