As the organization undergoes significant change, including new executive leadership, restructuring, and system modernization, this role will partner closely with business leaders to build high-performing, future-ready teams. Acting as a strategic advisor, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will lead enterprise-wide hiring strategies, headcount planning & forecasting, and employer branding efforts to ensure talent acquisition is aligned with business priorities.</p> <p>This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with deep recruiting expertise, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-unit franchise environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Strategic Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and functions, ensuring alignment with Xponential Fitness's business transformation and long-term talent strategy. </li><li>Consultative Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning, job design, and evolving talent needs. </li><li>Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified, diverse candidates by proactively sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking. </li><li>Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate journey, from initial outreach to offer acceptance, reflecting Xponential's culture and brand at every stage. </li><li>Interview Strategy & Execution: Design and execute efficient interview processes, equipping hiring teams with behavioral and competency-based evaluation tools. </li><li>Offer Strategy & Negotiation: Drive competitive offer creation and negotiation while ensuring internal equity, compensation alignment, and a high acceptance rate. </li><li>Employer Brand Champion: Act as an ambassador for Xponential Fitness, helping to elevate our reputation as an employer of choice through outreach, events, and strategic partnerships. </li><li>New Hire Onboarding & Integration: Partner with HR and business leaders to create personalized onboarding plans that align with each new hire's role, team, and development goals. Ensure a smooth, high-touch integration experience that fosters early engagement, cultural connection, and accelerated ramp-up. </li><li>Data & Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, source effectiveness, and DEI goals. Use data to inform continuous improvement. </li><li>Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and scale hiring operations. </li><li>Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices </li></ul> <p>What Success Looks Like</p> <ul> <li>Hiring Targets Met: All roles are filled within the target timeframes with high-quality hires who meet or exceed performance expectations. </li><li>Business Alignment: Talent acquisition strategies are directly tied to the company's growth plans, organizational design, and evolving workforce needs. </li><li>Positive Candidate Experience: Candidates consistently report a best-in-class recruitment experience, regardless of outcome. </li><li>Hiring Manager Satisfaction: Stakeholders view the TA partner as an invaluable collaborator and strategic resource. </li><li>Diverse, Future-Ready Pipeline: Talent pipelines reflect a strong focus on diversity, capability development, and long-term organizational fit. </li><li>Process Efficiency: Recruiting processes are streamlined, scalable, and supported by modern technology and data-driven decisions. </li><li>Brand Recognition: Xponential's employer brand gains visibility and traction in target markets and talent communities. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Recruitment Expertise: Proficient in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates through various channels, and utilizing Applicant Tracking System (Paycor). </li><li>Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership, with a focus on clear and professional interactions. </li><li>Strategic Thinking: Ability to align recruitment strategies with business needs and improve processes based on recruitment metrics. </li><li>Candidate Experience: Committed to providing a positive, professional experience for candidates and managing expectations throughout the hiring process. </li><li>Organization & Time Management: Skilled in managing multiple roles, priorities, and tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. </li><li>Negotiation & Offer Management: Expertise in negotiating salary and job terms to secure top talent and managing offer extensions professionally. </li><li>Tech Proficiency: Experienced with recruitment tools, HR software, and video interviewing platforms; comfortable using data to track recruitment success. </li><li>Legal & Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment law and recruitment compliance standards. </li><li>Collaboration & Teamwork: Effective at working with hiring managers, HR COEs, and leaders fostering an inclusive and diverse environment. </li><li>Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing recruitment priorities. </li><li>Confidentiality: Handles sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred) </li><li>5-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including at least 2-3 years in a strategic or senior-level recruiting role. </li><li>Hands-on experience with Paycor ATS and/or HRIS, including job requisition management, candidate tracking, and reporting within a Talent Acquisition or HR function. </li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills </li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Medical, Dental and Vision health benefits. </li><li>Ability to enroll in our Employee Stock Purchase Program </li><li>Monthly Cell Phone allowance </li><li>Traditional and Roth 401k plans.
