If so, this role is for you.</p> <p>We're looking for a part-time, temporary Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in getting our products into customers' hands. You'll work closely with Operations, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, high-quality, and on-time shipments. From assembling hardware kits to coordinating freight logistics, you'll be at the heart of our product fulfillment process.</p> <p>What will you do?</p> <p>Core Responsibilities and Key Performance Objectives</p> <ul> <li>Manage logistics and documentation for outgoing customer orders and inbound freight deliveries </li><li>Assemble and prepare hardware kits, performing QA/QC inspections to ensure quality standards </li><li>Palletize and package products for shipment, including accurate labeling and transport preparation </li><li>Operate equipment and handle inventory, including safe use of pallet jacks and basic hand tools </li></ul> <p>What do you need to succeed in this role?</p> <ul> <li>Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and safely operating a pallet jack </li><li>Skilled with basic tools like drills and wrenches; familiarity with HAZMAT shipping is a plus </li><li>Proficient with computers for email, spreadsheets, and data entry </li><li>Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule</p> <p>The ideal candidate would be available from July 2025 - April 2026 (approx 10 months), Monday-Thursday 10am-4pm onsite at LineVision Headquarters, 529 Main St, Boston, MA.
