May routinely perform day-to-day staff level duties.</p> <p>§ Communicates and collaborates with staff and customers in an effort to provide excellent service and ensure proper and timely</p> <p>food production following HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points) guidelines.</p> <p>§ Provides input into the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental and division goals.</p> <p>§ Provides input for interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff. Provides input for evaluation process and the development of</p> <p>specific individual performance evaluations as appropriate.</p> <p>§ Complies with departmental activities such as monitoring supplies, documents charges/services, etc. Oversees the scheduling and</p> <p>assigns work to personnel within established departmental guidelines. Is accountable for his/her own time management and the</p> <p>time management of all departmental staff.</p> <p>§ Responsible for continual learning and individual role development.
