Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will work alongside the Team Leader to ensure that recovery services, vocational services & clinical support are included in the treatment plan developed for each individual served.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee administrative and clinical functions of the team, monitoring service delivery and support utilization for up to 125 clients </li><li>Assist in the development and oversight of Treatment Plans, ensuring coordination of case management services including income, insurance, and appointment scheduling </li><li>Ensure services are culturally competent, strength-based, recovery-focused, and aligned with client preferences </li><li>Integrate recovery, vocational, and clinical services throughout care and support transitions to employment services, such as Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission </li><li>Provide direct clinical interventions, adapt treatment plans as needed, and offer on-call clinical support to case management staff </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Requires a Master's degree in Social Work or related field </li><li>Licensure in Social Work or Psychology by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred </li><li>Experience working with adults with severe mental illness </li><li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm </li></ul> <p>Annual Salary</p> <p>$80,000-$90,000 USD</p> <p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
