<p>Job Description As a member of the NGC Integration and Test team, the Test Engineer candidate will be a part of a thriving, dynamic team of test automation developers and IT professionals. The team performs manual tests and develops test automation solutions ensuring our Customer's Simulated Training Environment (STE) System of Systems (SoS) and capabilities perform as required. Many "on the job" opportunities are available as we strive to develop innovative A3 solutions for testing multiple software architectures and systems to validate functional and non-functional requirements. Responsibilities include evaluation and implementation of automation tools, development and deployment of automated test suites, and provide solutions to streamline business and test processes.</p> <p>The successful candidate will perform manual tests of new capabilities and systems, and develop/modify automated regression tests to ensure delivery of quality products. The ideal candidate has a proven commitment to quality with a solid understanding of test concepts, software architecture, and familiarity of the latest software development methodologies and technologies. The position requires a confident self-starter who needs minimal supervision and able to work with other team members on multiple projects.
