<p>Additional Information About the Role</p> <p>BJC HealthCare is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and support our outpatient infusion services growth and transformation. This role focuses on compliance (USP 797/800, BOP, etc.), operational excellence, and leadership across multiple infusion locations. An on-site drug information center provides support for more in-depth questions.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Role Purpose</p> <p>Plans and manages the overall clinical, educational, drug use policy and research activities of the department. Provides overall direction to the pharmacy general practice and specialty residency program</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Directs operations and integrates services within the work unit and with other departments.Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages & evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans.
