The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience advising clients on environmental compliance, permitting, and enforcement matters, and should be comfortable working across all three areas. While not required, an interest or background in complex environmental litigation is a plus. Applicants should bring a solid working knowledge of key environmental statutes and regulations, with experience in several of the following areas: air and water quality, solid and hazardous wastes, cleanup and cost allocation, spills and releases, brownfields redevelopment, and worker health & safety. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, strong written and oral communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. The right candidate will be entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited to contribute to the continued growth of our environmental team.
