<p>Job Description</p> <p>As the Procurement Practice Representative, you will be the main point of contact for the Technology Advisory service offering, your primary role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with your portfolio of clients. You'll be the go-to person for understanding your clients' IT procurement needs and aligning with the internal delivery organization in order to provide expert advice and help the client optimize their processes and achieve cost savings and value recognition. You will Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. Includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their IT procurement needs and engaging delivery teams to provide expert advice and solutions. </li><li>Project Management: Manage client engagement requests from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality outcomes. </li><li>Strategic Consulting: Provide expert consulting on IT procurement strategies and framework leverage, helping clients optimize processes and achieve meaningful cost savings. </li><li>Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT procurement sector, expanding revenue within existing client accounts and fostering long-term growth. </li><li>Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to offer clients the most relevant and informed advice. </li><li>Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams-including analytics, finance, and account management-to deliver seamless project execution and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. </li><li>Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed reports on engagement progress, outcomes, and market trends to client sponsors, ensuring transparency, alignment, and continued business success. </li><li>Client Engagement Marketing: Drive awareness of, and attendance to, the client portal and related webinars to enhance client education, engagement, and satisfaction. </li><li>Account Financial Management: Manage the profitability of accounts and projects, oversee billing processes, and complete client invoicing accurately and on schedule. </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Minimum of 1 years of experience in account management, with familiarity with IT procurement practices </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint </li><li>Experience with technology sales and solution selling </li><li>Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship management skills. </li><li>Ability to act independently and can interface with customers and suppliers via strong written and verbal communications skills </li><li>Strong ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal teams </li><li>Strong analytical, organization/time management and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers </li><li>Formal training and/or experience in strategic sourcing, negotiations </li><li>Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
