<p>The Louisiana Veterans Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Food Service Specialist 7 to oversee and manage the operation of our Dietary department. This role is vital to ensuring their role in providing nutritional care in health and disease, and in a general clinical and/or production area. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory management skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
