<p>Training Manager / Instructional Designer Manager - Job Description</p> <p>Training Manager / Instructional Designer Manager</p> <p>As a Training Project Manager, you will provide support in the design, development and delivery of eLearning projects across the Americas Division (AD). Duties will include, but will not be limited to, coordinating deliverables among subject matter experts, training vendors, and other stakeholders. You will also be expected to collaborate with development team members to prepare courses for launch.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop instructional materials for FCC and corporate compliance training programs. </li><li>Utilize Articulate 360 or other authoring tools to create interactive and engaging e-learning modules. </li><li>Facilitate relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders through regular check-ins and detailed documentation. </li><li>Provide recommendations to improve stakeholder engagement and processes. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR LMS team) to prepare and launch courses. </li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. </li><li>Maintain training assets and content on the Compliance Training SharePoint site. </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or 2-5 years of relevant experience. </li><li>2-5 years of experience in training operations, project management, or training administration in a regulated/financial services environment. </li><li>Experience leading eLearning development projects (in-house or vendor-based) is preferred. </li><li>Proven experience in compliance training and eLearning module development. </li><li>Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360) is a plus. </li><li>Strong project management and multitasking abilities. </li><li>Knowledge of LMS platforms and troubleshooting online training issues. </li><li>Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including data analysis. </li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. </li><li>Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred. </li></ul> <p>#LI-MB1</p>
