This includes routine cleaning tasks, minor maintenance, and ensuring sanitation standards are met in workspaces, common areas, restrooms, and other designated areas.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in offices, hallways, and public areas</p> </li><li> <p>Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures</p> </li><li> <p>Empty and dispose of trash and recycling from bins throughout the facility</p> </li><li> <p>Dust and wipe down surfaces including desks, counters, furniture, and windowsills</p> </li><li> <p>Clean glass surfaces, windows, and mirrors as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Restock supplies in restrooms and breakrooms (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Report any maintenance or repair needs (e.g., leaks, lights out, equipment damage)</p> </li><li> <p>Operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, carpet cleaners, and floor scrubbers</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an orderly manner</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all health and safety regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Lock/unlock doors, turn off/on lights, and set security systems as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to understand and follow safety procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods</p> </li><li> <p>Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriente</p> </li></ul> <p>Buena Park CA 3162</p>
