<p>Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Tactical Satellite C2 Specialist to support a leading government program in El Segundo, CA. The Tactical Satellite C2 Specialist will contribute to the development and fielding of next-generation satellite command and control systems for the U.S. Space Force (USSF). This position is on-site in El Segundo, CA.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Tactical Satellite C2 Specialist include:</p> <ul> <li>Translate mission functions (Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination) into Tactical Satellite C2 system requirements. </li><li>Support the development of cloud-based solutions for USSF protect and defend missions. </li><li>Conduct functional and timeline analysis, trade studies, and requirements allocation. </li><li>Develop technical documentation including CONOPS, SOWs, TRDs, and ICDs. </li><li>Provide engineering support to Government Program Managers to assess progress and recommend improvements. </li><li>Ensure Tactical Satellite C2 systems meet Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance. </li><li>Deliver technical briefings and documentation to government and industry stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the Tactical Satellite C2 Specialist include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>9+ years of experience with:</p> </li><li> <p>Tactical Command and Control systems (e.g., mission tasking, telemetry processing, data dissemination).</p> </li><li> <p>Cloud-based architecture and virtualization technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Agile software development practices.</p> </li><li> <p>DoD RMF compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Active TS/SCI clearance with SSBI and enrollment in Continuous Evaluation.</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to be nominated for SAP access and undergo a Polygraph examination.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in National Security Space or Space Control mission areas. </li><li>Experience in U.S. Government weapons system program offices. </li><li>Professional certifications (e.g., INCOSE CSEP, Agile PM/PO, ITEA CTEP). </li><li>Familiarity with USSF Space Warfighting Operations (SDA, Offensive/Defensive Actions). </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Tactical Satellite C2 Specialist includes:</p> <ul> <li>Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 (based on experience and qualifications) </li><li>Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave, and Paid Holidays </li></ul> <p>This job opens for applications on 7/25/2025.
