<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking an Azure Linux Administrator with Azure Cloud technologies experience to support day-to-day operations, handling critical incidents, troubleshooting bridge calls, and assist with L2 administration.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or Tempe, AZ, or Indianapolis, IN, or Raleigh, NC, or Providence, RI, or Hartford, CT, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US </li><li>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider four years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education </li><li>At least 4 years of Linux Administration experience </li><li>At least 4 years of experience in using variety of Azure Cloud technologies (e.g. Virtual Machines, File shares, NetApp Storage, Disaster Recovery and Azure Site Recovery) </li><li>Experienced with: </li><li>Azure Linux operations - VM Provision, OS/Resource upgrades, Troubleshooting and best practice implementations </li><li>Scripting: Good scripting (e.g. PowerShell) and automation skills using Ansible and DevOps pipeline </li><li>ITIL process on incident, change, Problem management and Governance. </li><li>Good to have experience on PaaS services or AKS </li><li>Day-to-Day Responsibilities: </li><li>Work with onsite and offshore team and manage Major incidents, Change implements and SLA management. </li><li>Participate in the Major Incident / Bridge call during Server outage and Linux troubleshoot IaaS and PaaS related issues </li><li>Support the PST hours and work as a team member </li><li>Participate in weekend on-call rotation for support of servers outside of normal business hours. </li><li>Must have work experience in 24x7 production support environment </li><li>Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
