We provide multiple delivery systems in design-build, bid-build, public/private-partnerships and design-build finance.</p> <p>Hubbard Construction's parent company, Vinci, operates through a network of 330 agencies and 770 production sites, in 17 countries around the world.</p> <p>General Description</p> <p>This position will serve as a key contact for Mid-Florida Materials, a subsidiary of Hubbard Construction Company with responsibility for recommending solutions to the customer, by quoting, selling and fulfilling orders. This position reports to the Area Manager for Mid-Florida Materials.</p> <p>Key Duties</p> <ul> <li>Call and visit prospective customers and establish buying cycles, customer needs, and create a customer supplier relationship. </li><li>Maintain assigned accounts. </li><li>Increase sales in respective accounts. </li><li>Prepare sales information for customers. </li><li>Secure and place orders taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment. </li><li>Provide support to customers over the phone. </li><li>Resolves client issues by researching and solving problems. </li><li>Inbound/Outbound phone calls. </li><li>Inbound/Outbound Email correspondence. </li><li>Manage database. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualification Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>General. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each Key Duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Education and Experience. This position typically is not an entry-level job, as it requires demonstrable previous experience as an Outside Sales Representative. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus a minimum of two years of customer service or sales experience. Customer service experience in construction, mining, landfills, or aggregate is preferred. Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be well organized and detail oriented. Must be able to work with constant interruption. Must be proficient with MS Office to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. SAP experience preferred. Must have valid driver's license with clean driving record.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical Demands. The following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an Inside Sales Representative to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.</p> </li><li> <p>Periodic physical effort, including standing, is required during a regular work shift of at least eight hours per day. Employee must be able to periodically stand for extended periods of time, and to stoop, bend, and crouch as required to perform Key Duties.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift, on a frequent basis, at least 25 pounds personally and the ability to carry up to 15 pounds personally.</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent ability to sit for long periods of time.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to drive a company vehicle (must have a valid Florida driver's license).</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent ability to talk and hear, both in person and by telephone.</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent ability to operate standard office equipment, using hand and arm dexterity.</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent ability to navigate through office environment, including periodic use of stairs and/or elevator, as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to focus.</p> </li><li> <p>Work Environment.
