<p>Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a company within the medical products industry. The Customer Service Representative role is a 6-month contract opportunity and requires you to work onsite 5 days per week.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers. </li><li>Answer inbound customer calls related to orders and products. </li><li>Resolve order questions, discrepancies, and general inquiries. </li><li>Enter and manage orders using internal systems, primarily SalesPad. </li><li>Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team and operations leadership. </li></ul> <p>Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:</p> <ul> <li>Prior customer service experience, preferably in medical device or medical equipment. </li><li>Strong communication skills with an operations-focused mindset. </li><li>Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment. </li><li>Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly. </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Customer Service Representative:</p> <ul> <li>$20.00 - $22.00 per hour </li><li>Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law. </li></ul> <p>Keywords: customer service representative, customer support, order management, medical device customer service, medical equipment, SalesPad, operations support, inbound calls, on-site contract role</p> <p>This job opens for applications on 03/29/2026.
