Founded in 1972, we've grown organically from a one-person import wine business into an international drinks company whose hallmarks include a portfolio of luxury wineries and iconic beverage brands, including White Claw Hard Seltzer, Mike's Hard Lemonade, and Cayman Jack.</p> <p>Role Purpose:</p> <p>The Brewing Lead is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brewing process, leading, training and coaching a team of brewers, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our products. They are a valued resource for the Brewing Operators to assist troubleshooting in order to ensure unforeseen process events are being addressed with a sense of urgency. They complete all tasks including brewing, blending, sanitation, quality, and filtration.</p> <p>Accountabilities & Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure all brewing, blending, filtration, kitting, lab work, and sanitation activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards </li><li>Lead, train, coach, and cover when needed brewing operators on shift </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve brewing equipment issues with urgency to minimize downtime and maintain production targets </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, packaging maintenance, and supply chain to keep on schedule </li><li>Maintain brewing process consistency by monitoring key parameters (ABV, CO2 and more) and ensuring documentation accuracy </li></ul> <p>Skills & Experiences Needed:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong brewing understanding of full brewing process</p> </li><li> <p>Effective leadership, coaching, and communication skills in a fast paced environment</p> </li><li> <p>Problem solving and troubleshooting ability</p> </li><li> <p>High School diploma or equivalent required, associates degree preferred</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of experience in leadership roles in manufacturing</p> </li><li> <p>Previous Brewing or high speed food manufacturing experience</p> </li><li> <p>Brewing/Filtration experience a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>At Mark Anthony, we exist to Unearth the Extraordinary:</p> <p>Our Purpose is not just a statement; it is a call to action that binds us together and ignites our passion for making a difference.
