<p>PT PROGRAM COORDINATOR-SCC</p> <p>PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT</p> <p>SINGLETON COMMUNITY CENTER</p> <p>PART TIME PROGRAM MANAGER</p> <p>This is a part-time position with no benefits.</p> <p>The Program Coordinator will assist the Youth & Family Program Manager for the planning, development and implementation of Youth & Family programs, to ensure that the Department meets the recreational needs of the City of Bartlett. This position will oversee part-time Preschool Staff, Summer Camp Staff & Recreation Workers. Including but not limited to managing schedules, day to day tasks and fulfilling any roles in the absence of assigned staff. Assist assigned staff with daily tasks and procedures. Assists with maintaining registrations through a digital software program, which includes, but not limited to cancellations, refunds and program communication. Assist in promoting and improving programming efficiency through continuous learning of advancements in technology, education and recreational leadership. Assist in inventory management, purchase requests, invoices, vendor certifications, payments and proper documentation storage. Assist in maintaining proper communication for advertising, scheduling and coordinating programs and events. Assists with soliciting, organizing and evaluating volunteer representatives for recreational programs, activities, and events. Must have the ability to make supervisory decisions in accordance with established policies. Collaborate with other City departments, ensuring a streamlined and responsive approach to community service delivery. Successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills providing the ability to work collaboratively with a variety of individuals. Proficient in computing skills and the use of technology for recreation program administration. Must have Early Childhood training. Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Business, Public Administration, Education or related discipline or four (4) years of experience in parks and recreation or related field. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid TN Driver's License that is to remain valid as a condition of continued employment. Candidate must be able to work various shifts including some nights, weekends and special events. Must successfully pass a background and Driver's License check and physical exam, including a drug screen. Bartlett resident is preferred, but not required.
